Day 101 Key lime

It was baking day....today's task,  key lime cupcakes with lime cream cheese frosting.

All I can say is YUMMY!   

Kind of a pain in the butt to try to get zest from those tiny little key limes but it was worth it :)

Of course I had to dye them that green but the kids thought green cupcakes were so cool!
